Price, lead time and a container loading plan within two business days.

We produce a sample for your approval before the main run starts.

25 to 35 days, with progress updates from the line.

Loading & shipping
Roll-packed, loaded to the agreed plan, certification documents issued.
What you specify
Every line below is yours to set. If something is not listed, just ask; the line is flexible.
- Dimensions
- EU and UK standard matrices, or custom sizes on request.
- Spring system
- Bonnell or pocket spring, 3 to 7 comfort zones.
- Foam
- HR, cold cure, viscoelastic or latex, 25 to 45 kg/m³.
- Height
- 18 to 32 cm, with or without a pillow top.
- Cover & quilting
- Your fabric and quilt design, or a selection from our range.
- Firmness
- Soft, medium or firm. Matched to a sample if you have one.
- Finishing
- Handles, ventilation, edge support and border detail.
- Label & packaging
- Your brand, labels, barcodes and carton print.

From one unit to a container
Start with one mattress. Scale to a container.
You do not have to commit a container to a supplier you have never worked with. There is no minimum on our Belgian stock: order one mattress or a full pallet, sell it, and see how we handle an order. When it works, we plan the container.
